Oz Skills Careers College do not have generic training plans, we understand that it is integral to make the content specific to your business.  A training needs analysis is conducted with your business so that training plans are created to meet your spefic needs and expectations as per individiual's job descriptions and business objectives.  Our trainers then familiarise themselves with your internal processes to ensure that business processes are integrated through the training.

Oz Skills Careers College Managing Director undertakes all account management dealings with our clients to ensure immediate access is available for our clients to the business decision maker.  We believe that by providing access to our top line management we are able to service and respond to client needs more quickly and demonstrate our commitment to your business.

Staff retention

It is proven that through training your staff it increases your staff retention rate and staff are more engaged in their job as they are constantly learning new skills and knowledge.  We have a high completion rate of student and with our courses taking up to 12 months to complete this gives the business optimum time to grow and develop their staff base.


Businesses are able to access funding to support costs of training via the Federal Apprenticeships and Traineeships Initiative.  The traineeships we offer are Certificate III in Hospitality and Certificate IV in Frontline Management.  We work closely with the Apprenticeships Centres to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients an where staff are deemed eligible for the grant business can access up to $4,000 per student.

National capacity

Oz Skills Careers College has the capacity to deliver a range of our qualifications/course across Australia.  This allows our national clients to utilise the courses offered across states to ensure consistency in training programs offered.


Funding Available in Victoria and NSW

Oz Skills Careers College currently has funding available in Victoria and NSW for eligible students.

In Victoria, Skills First funding is available for students undertaking a Traineeship in Certificate III in Hospitality and Certificiate IV in Leadership and Management.  

In NSW, Oz Skills Careers College offers Traineeship places in Certificate III in Hospitality across NSW as well as a Full Qualification Funding in Sydney.
